Garry Snow is the founder and president of Integrity Advisory Group Wealth Management, LLC. Garry’s vision in starting this business was to take the next step in what his life has been about; HELPING PEOPLE! From emergency medical technician, respiratory therapist, department manager in a hospital, durable medical equipment business owner, insurance agent, to financial advisor, Garry has a vocational portfolio of diversified knowledge, management skills and years of professional experience with which to advise his clients. He specializes in investment and wealth management for those clients moving into the distribution and preservation planning phase of their life. Utilizing the foundation of sound Social Security planning, Garry helps to dovetail with their assets to hopefully achieve the desired goals of an overall retirement income plan. With the tools of a licensed insurance agent and an investment advisor representative, Garry works to tailor and build a specific plan for each individual client.

Shelly Snow
Vice President/Insurance Agent
Shelly is licensed in Arkansas as a life and health insurance agent. She is in charge of accounting for Integrity Advisory Group Wealth Management, LLC, as well as serving as an independent agent predominantly to our region’s Medicare population. NPN#-17301161
Garry and Shelly married in 1977. They enjoy spending time with their seven grown children and their grandchildren. Garry and Shelly are very involved in their local church and worldwide mission work. As a couple, they have owned various local businesses including a durable medical equipment company and a fitness center, while always focusing on service to the people in their community. Shelly enjoys crocheting in her free time.
David Snow
Technical Support/Insurance Agent
David is a licensed agent for life and health insurance in the state of Arkansas. His knowledge and experience in the insurance field enables him to bring solutions and answer your questions about insurance products. He works with clients to educate and advise them through their transition into Medicare. David is a broker for multiple Medicare Supplement and Medicare Advantage carriers in Arkansas. Also, David works as an administrative assistant and helps keep the office stocked with supplies, assists in coordinating multiple events throughout the year and is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the IT department of Integrity Advisory Group Wealth Management, LLC. Cherith “Brook” dos Santos
Office Manager/Insurance Agent
Brook is licensed in the state of Arkansas as a life and health insurance agent. She serves Integrity Advisory Group Wealth Management, LLC as its office manager and as financial administrative assistant to Garry Snow. She handles the paperwork for each client and ensures that forms and procedures are adhered to daily. Brook graduated from Williams Baptist College in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas in May of 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in finance and has won several national awards for her knowledge of the finance and insurance fields. Crystal Brown
Insurance Agent
Crystal is licensed in the state of Arkansas as a life and health insurance agent. In addition to being an agent, she serves as an assistant to the Office Manager. Her role in the company is key to maintaining an organized office by assisting in the maintenance of client records, ordering materials, scheduling appointments, interacting with clients, sending letters and other correspondence to clients, and meeting with clients to discuss enrollment into suitable health plans. Olivia Gibson

Olivia is licensed in the state of Arkansas as a life and health insurance agent. Olivia also serves as a financial administrative assistant to Garry Snow. Her role is to assist with document preparation, client paperwork, and loves meeting and interacting with clients. Olivia graduated from Arkansas State University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business with an emphasis on marketing and management. Lynsey Mullen

Lynsey is licensed in the state ofArkansas as a tife and heatth insurance agent. ln addition to being an agent, she works as receptionist and secretary for lntegrity Advisory Group. After giving her life to Christ four years ago, she has had a heart to serve others in need and finds great joy in helping clients. She greets, schedules, and assists clients, while also taking on office tasks. She is a mother of two children. She loves to clean, sing, and fish when not in the office. NPN#21650351
